Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want billing to be boring and predictable. Here is exactly how cancellation and refunds work for each product. All payments are processed by Whop.

Community Membership ($169/month)

Cancel anytime from your Whop account dashboard — no email or phone call required.
Cancellation stops all future billing. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Because access to the full curriculum and community is delivered immediately, we do not refund the current month once it has been billed, except where required by law or in cases of clear billing error.
Charged in error, or double-charged? Email us and we will refund the erroneous charge promptly.

1:1 Strategy Session ($2,500 one-time)

Fully refundable any time before your session has been delivered. Email us and we'll process the refund — no questions, no fee.
Once the session has been delivered, the fee is non-refundable, because the service (preparation, the session itself, the recording, and the written plan) has been performed.
You can reschedule your session with at least 24 hours' notice at no cost.

Founding Cohort 1:1 Mentorship ($4,000 program, billed $2,500 + $1,500)

Fully refundable any time before your first session has been delivered.
After the program has started, the first installment is non-refundable; the second installment ($1,500, invoiced at the program midpoint) is only charged if you continue into the second half of the program.
Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

How to request a refund

Email support@ecomvip.club from the email address you purchased with, and include your Whop order details. We respond within 1–2 business days, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (bank processing times vary, typically 5–10 business days).

Chargebacks

If something looks wrong on your statement, please contact us first — genuine billing errors are refunded quickly, and it's almost always faster than a bank dispute.
