Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ecom VIP Club website (ecomvip.club), community, curriculum, and mentorship services (together, the "Services"). By purchasing or using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. What we provide

Ecom VIP Club provides educational content and mentorship for ecommerce operators, including:

• Community Membership — a monthly subscription giving access to our video curriculum, resource library, and private community with weekly Q&A.
• 1:1 Strategy Session — a one-time private consulting session, including preparation, a recorded video call, and a written action plan.
• Founding Cohort 1:1 Mentorship — a private mentorship program including multiple sessions, direct chat access, and implementation review.

2. Purchases and billing

All payments are processed by Whop (whop.com), our checkout and membership platform. Prices are shown in USD before checkout. The Community Membership renews automatically each month at the displayed price until cancelled. The Founding Cohort program is billed in two installments: $2,500 at checkout and $1,500 invoiced at the program midpoint; both installments are required to complete the program.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel the Community Membership at any time from your Whop account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing; you retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on refunds.

4. Educational purposes only — no guarantees

The Services are for education and general information. Nothing we publish or say is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. We make no guarantees of income, revenue, savings, or any specific result. Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, experience, product, pricing, and market conditions. Any examples discussed are illustrations, not promises of what you will achieve.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how you apply what you learn, including complying with all laws, platform policies, card-network rules, and payment-processor agreements that apply to your own business. You agree not to share, resell, or redistribute course materials, recordings, or community content.

6. Community conduct

We may remove content or members that are abusive, unlawful, or disruptive to the community. Membership fees for the current period are not refunded on removal for cause.

7. Intellectual property

All course materials, videos, templates, and written deliverables remain our intellectual property. Mentorship clients receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use written deliverables and recordings for their own business.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost revenue.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
